Who is the Copart auctioneer?

Copart works only with official auctioneers, qualified and duly registered with the Commercial Registry of your state.

How do I know about the dates and locations of auctions?

We list dates and locations of auctions throughout our website, especially the Auctions Calendar page, and in major newspapers.

Where do I pick up the Sales Invoice?

The auctioneer's Sale Invoice is available at the location where the vehicle was purchased during regular business hours.

Are visitors allowed to attend the auction?

Yes. Visitors can follow the auction provided that they register for a Copart Membership. In addition, visitors must not have any outstanding debts and/or administrative requirements toward Copart and have no legal dispute with the company.

Can anyone bid on offered lots?

No. Only Copart Members, at least 18 years of age, having legal capacity under the current law and carrier CPF / MF valid and duly registered with the IRS can place bids

Can I change details on the auctioneer's Sale Invoice?

No. The invoice will always be issued to the registered Copart Member who bought the vehicle.
